Adult psychotherapy

I offer long term and brief individual psychotherapy for the treatment and management of a range of psychological concerns. My approach is informed by psychodynamics and current research and thinking in psychology. My primary objective is to provide a professional, warm and honest space for my clients to feel they can express themselves in a contained and confidential environment. I strongly believe my clients should be able to use the therapeutic relationship to develop personally and feel more confident to maintain long term emotional health and wellbeing.

Where do we start?

I am currently offering sessions online or face-to-face. To begin the therapeutic process, I offer a three-session assessment to help you identify which areas of their life may require focus and clarity. It also allows an opportunity to decide whether this journey is appropriate for you at the time and to assess which therapeutic intervention would be best suited to your individual needs.
