The path through late teens and early adulthood can be very challenging to navigate. Individuals are faced with issues relating to identity, development, gender and sexuality, personal and occupational growth, familial interactions and relationship crisis. It’s one of the most difficult stages of life and often a time in which many will experience mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression. It may feel hard to reach out to family or friends for help as these feelings can be very personal and overwhelming. My work with young adults aims to assist them to find their own way to independent and empowered thinking, which will benefit their transition into adulthood and ‘adulting’.
